What types of tickets are available?

Under “My Area” you will find an overview of different ticket types. This article explains all the terms.

My Tickets: Shows all tickets assigned to you, regardless of their status.

My Open Tickets: Displays tickets assigned to you that are not yet resolved or closed.

My Closed Tickets: Includes tickets assigned to you that have been resolved and marked as closed.

My On Hold Tickets: Lists tickets assigned to you that are currently marked as "On Hold."

My Overdue Tickets: Shows tickets assigned to you that are past their due date.

Team Tickets: Displays all tickets assigned to your team, regardless of their status.

Teams refer to groups of employees within a company. Each team can be responsible for specific categories or types of tickets, such as technical support, LMS, or general requests. 

Team Open Tickets: Shows tickets assigned to your team that are not yet resolved or closed.

Team Closed Tickets: Lists tickets assigned to your team that have been resolved and marked as closed.

Team On Hold Tickets: Includes tickets assigned to your team that are currently marked as "On Hold."

Team Overdue Tickets: Shows tickets assigned to your team that are past their due date.

CC'd Tickets: Displays tickets where you are added as a CC recipient but are not the main assignee.

CC'd Open Tickets: Shows tickets where you are added as a CC recipient and that are not yet resolved or closed.

CC'd Closed Tickets: Lists tickets where you are added as a CC recipient and that have been resolved and marked as closed.

CC'd On Hold Tickets: Displays tickets where you are added as a CC recipient and that are currently marked as "On Hold."

CC'd Overdue Tickets: Shows tickets where you are added as a CC recipient and that are past their due date.
