How do I view my ticket status?
You will receive automatic email notifications whenever one of your tickets is answered / further information is added.
However, you can also open your ticket status manually via your support profile. To do so, please follow the steps below:
1. Select “My Area” in the top navigation.
2. You can now select one of the tickets you created to find further information.
3. All messages sent and received so far are displayed. You will also see general ticket properties (e.g. creation date, ticket ID, etc.) on the right side.
