Our system informs you about important updates to your support requests so that you are always up to date. Below you will find the most important notifications you can receive and what they mean:
Ticket Creation:
You will receive this notification when a new ticket has been created in our system.
Ticket Update:
You will be notified when there are changes to your ticket, e.g. when the status has been updated to “In Progress”, “Held” or “Closed”.
Agent Response:
You will receive this notification as soon as a LYYNX team member has replied to your ticket.
Ticket Closure:
This notification informs you that your ticket has been closed. If you have any further questions, you can reopen the ticket or create a new one.
Customer Note:
If a support agent has left a special message or note for you, you will receive this notification with additional information or instructions.
